Your health and fitness are not about a quick fix.
Your fitness and nutrition are my priority. Your journey requires constant fine-tuning along the way, and I am all in when you are mentally ready to start and make the change. Rome wasn’t built in a day!

To me, personal training is different from client to client. Your reason for contacting me is unique and so are your needs, goals and level of fitness.
My style of training is based on functional fitness, but form, technique and safety are on the top of my list to ensure you stay injury free and get maximum results.

I don’t promise big results for small efforts – but I do offer honest assessments and trusted advice that allow you to reach realistic goals based on the level of your willingness and discipline. What you put in is what you get out!

Your first session consists of a full fitness assessment, taking into account your past and current exercise and health status (i.e. old injuries), medical screening, nutrition, full body measurements, body fat percentage, ‘before’ photos, and goal setting and planning.

Physical, psychological and nutritional factors will all be taken into account and assessed on a monthly basis to ensure you reach your goals effectively.
This journey is all about you and your achievements. It’s a team effort and I will have your back every step of the way!
