PERSONAL TRAINING

​

Your first session consists of a full fitness assessment, taking into account your past and current exercise and health status (i.e. old injuries), medical screening, nutrition, full body measurements, body fat percentage, ‘before’ photos, and goal setting and planning.

​

Physical, psychological and nutritional factors will all be taken into account and assessed on a monthly basis to ensure you reach your goals effectively.

ONE on ONE ­– Individual personal training sessions
TWO on ONE – Training sessions specifically designed for you and your partner/friend
GROUP TRAINING –Three or more people, the perfect balance for a competitive push and supporting one another in the process of a lifestyle change.
 

This journey is all about you and your achievements, it’s a team effort and I will have your back every step of the way!
